Here are some of the most amazing little rescue pugs and pug crosses needing homes.

ANGEL
She was found in a ditch in Nelspruit area and was so emaciated when she got to Pug Rescue we did not think she would make the night. This after she was on a drip at the vet in Nelspruit for 2 days before we could attempt to get her to PRSA. She is blind and will need a special needs home. Estimated 5 years of age.

ARGINON
He is a real gentleman of around 9/10 years of age. He still has a lot of energy an love to give.

VICKY AND EMMA
The terrible twins as we call them. Both unwanted and came to PRSA at different times. They have formed a little gang and we cannot separate them. They need to go to a home where it will just be the two of them. Estimated 6 years of age.

BART
What a darling! He is so well behaved and will fit into any household. Estimated 5 years of age.

CHEEKY
Or "Bandit" as we call him. He is 8 years old and he and Missy were dumped as they were used for breeding and have no further purpose for the previous owner.

CHI CHI
He comes for PE. His owner fell on hard times and was feeding him rice crispies. He must have broken his back left leg at some stage and it was never seen to. He has been check by the vet and the only option is to amputate the leg which the dr is not keen on as he uses this leg to balance himself when he sits down. Estimated at 6 years of age and adorable.

DOLLY
She is a 6 year old pug cross and very feisty. Sweet as ever.

GIZMO
He is a 1 year old Puganese who was advertised FREE on gumtree. Fortunately we got there first! What can I say other than everyone loves him.

MISSY
Is an 8 year old female and she was dumped together with Cheeky. Her sole purpose was to breed.

NEMO
Oh my goodness how I love Nemo. He also comes from PE. He is 12 years old and totally blind. Nothing we can do for him. He too like Angel needs a special needs home with someone who will just have him sit next to them all day and give him all the love he deserves.

VERNON
Vernon is full of mischief and we always have a good laugh at him. He is about 2 years old and also a Puganese.  

PUGSLEY
Pugsley is about 5 or 6 years old. He comes to us from Kitty and Puppy Haven. His owner had him and three other dogs of hers distributed in the local township. He had severe ear infection which has been treated. Adorable boy.

The Pug Rescue adoption fee is R900. This covers sterilisation, inoculation, deworming, earflush, anal gland drain and microchipping. Strict home check will be conducted.
